Sucio, albercas frias, pesimo servicio.

Terrible experiencia. Los camastros no son para nada suficientes. Llegamos y habia popo en el piso cerca de la alberca y no limpiaron hasta que le dijimos a alguien. Sucio, viejo, albercas HELADAS. Los cuartos estan bien pero el resto de las instalaciones HORRIBLES.

Mal, falta de personal, falta de mobiliario, restaurantes adaptados para desayuno sin estar equipados para el Costo pagado es demasiado, considerando que los desayunos son huevos y chilaquiles en la mayoría, alimentos de baja calidad, no hay camastros, la cafetería te dan un solo café no hay variedad y la panadería el malisima

El hotel muy bonito , la atención también. Habitaciones cómodas , limpias y muy seguras. Sin embargo lo único que me causó incomodidad son los restaurantes y su reservación. Es mejor , realizar la reservación por la mañana del mismo día para evitar la incomodidad de esperar más de 1 hora a que se desocupe el restaurante y vas a la segura a tu cita para la comer/cenar.

We arrived late evening and the front desk reception, Brenda, was so welcoming. The ambience was really nice with the midnight breeze through the open air lobby. Initial impression was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable although hard. It was quiet but far from "sound proof". We had a Premium King room. Room service was a real let down, cold fries and club sandwich we didn't eat much of. The ocean view and marine life made it a joy to just sit on the deck and relax. The balcony light on bright all evening until 10:30pm really took away from the enjoyment of using it in the evening. Restaurant food was okay. Overall selection was good and the fruits were fresh. The rooftop lunch was an exception, the food was really good. The mahi mahi tostads where very refreshing. Our servers were good at their job but only Orlando, the outside patio breakfast server made us feel appreciated by engaging with us a bit. Overall we had a great relaxing week. This is not a 5 star resort. It is a solid 3 star. The attention to detail is lacking and the quality just isn’t 5 star. That being said, it is a nice all inclusive resort with a great beach. If you are traveling without children we recommend getting access to to the rooftop deck. It was nice and quiet with lots of sun and available shade. Would we go back? Yes, if we were in the area again.

Poor location, food terrible, would not recommend this hotel. Staff was great, however all entertainment in Spanish only. View was great, whales daily, however, nothing much to do, poor walking trails to get anywhere, unless you had access to 12th floor, not much to do.

The worst part about the resort is that there is way too much shade by the pool area during the entire day. I was freezing and did not get to enjoy the pool or swim up bar. Beach was really nice. It’s a smaller resort with limited activities.

This facility is extremely run down, the restaurants are terrible, the employees harassed us during our stay! Our son helped us with our bags to our rooms and shortly after employees came to the room saying we had more guests in here! They tried intimidating us and made our stay worse. This place is the equivalent to a Motel 6

Check in was long and the front desk did not speak English but that’s my fault I should know the native language. It took 4 tries to get into our room without success. We were transferred into another room. I’ve stayed in Neuvo Vallarta and expected the ocean to look brown and mucky. Not here. The water is blue but the current is strong. There are no beach chairs but you’re literally steps away from the ocean. It was around $400 pesos to cab it into the romatica and malecon zone. However there is a bus stop outside for 10 pesos. It’s far out of the city but we didn’t mind because it was quieter as we had our 3 children. We did spend a lot of time out of the resort though. The food was ok. The omelet station was always good. The pools are cold until the afternoon because of the sun. Overall I’d stay here again.

Pros: the grounds are clean and appreciated the most clean view and room balcony. Cons: Check in and check out lines move slow and feel disordered with no clear indication as to which desk are in services. I did not appreciate feeling bombarded by time share approach at check in masked as a greeting. Aside from the Italian and Frida dinner options the food quality was below average. Definitely not a luxury resort as advertised.
