The room was clean but the floors were dusty. Staff was nice. The a/c was good. The humidity of the room was terrible. The bathroom fan did not pull any heat out. The toilet paper got wet off the walls.. the room looks big but not much walk space between both beds. I requested a handicap room which only had rails in the bathroom but whatever. Breakfast was in another building. Check out was quick as was check in

It was a 4 guest room, We had a last minute guests, total (5), I asked for an upgrade, the offer another room with the same price paid for the first one, I paid for the (5th) guest extra $16 dollars , no rollaway bed was provided., they did not honored the continental breakfast for the 5th guest ., an additional $ 10 was paid for my 5th guest., two towels were set in the room, instead of 4., There was no water running in the toilet by 11:30am. Front office is very professional although they seem to go above and beyond for their guests as the owner gets upse., . The restaurant has the most unprofessional waitress, she rushed throw the coffee list and menu, we asked for a slightly change in our order and she “ gasp “seemed bothered that we had changed our minds regarding a the meal change., I would not recommended to anyone.,

Está bien ubicado en playas, cruzando la calle hay un centro comercial con varias tiendas y restaurantes. Aún que para desayunar en el restaurante del hotel se come muy rico 😋, el desayuno que me incluía la reserva es americano, pero muy bueno, todo el personal de recepción Jeny y Guadalupe muy atentas y amables, la habitación estaba muy limpia, las camas cómodas, en general muy bien. Lo único que para mí me faltó es que no tienen refrigerador en la habitación, lo ocupo para mis medicamentos, pero en recepción si tienen y ahí me mantuvieron mis medicamentos en refrigeración. El área el alberca está muy agusto mi hijo la disfrutó todo el día y yo, pero trabajando a un lado en las mesas y camastros. En general es un hotel cómodo, accesible, limpio, seguro, buenos desayunos y con un excelente servicio las chicas de recepción, las de limpieza, los meseros y cocineros, los de seguridad en la entrada, los jardines, el de mantenimiento, todos me saludaron y me daban los buenos días o buenas tardes eso es algo que para mí es muy importante porque te hace sentir como en casa y en familia.
