Paamul hotel was just right. I travelled with 2 friends and we shared a beach front room with 2 double beds. Steps down to the sand. It’s a super chilled area, really friendly. The beach club restaurant does great food and cocktails. The room has a parking spot right outside, security to the area is 24/7. Not super upscale and I marked it down slightly as the safe didn’t work and we kept having to ask for extra cups and towels. If you want 5star luxury, go to one of the big brands. If you love chilling with a margarita and your toes in the sand, stay here Coffee and machine were provided. Coffee and water stocked up every day.

We love returning to Paamul Hotel. It is such a beautiful place: serene, with beautiful views and impeccable service. The rooms are super clean with all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts are fantastic. We cannot wait to visit again. One thing would make it even more heavenly: a hammock or a lounge bed on the patio so two people can enjoy the view and the magic of stunning surroundings.

Hotel Paamul is a tranquil beachfront gem on the Caribbean coast of Mexico. We loved its cozy accommodations and the stunning views. The friendly staff and delicious local cuisine at the on-site restaurant enhance the experience. With nearby snorkeling spots and Mayan ruins to explore, it’s perfect for relaxation and adventure alike. We will have cherished memories and a desire to return to this peaceful paradise.

This place is gorgeous - the staff is so friendly and kind. Jade in the Dive Shop is wonderful and made our stay so much more special for our kids. There's a great running trail, the restaurant is fabulous - location is perfect for visiting cenotes and surrounding historical ruins. Snorkeling from the beach is awesome. We moved on to a different resort after Paamul for the all inclusive experience, but the beaches aren't as nice for snorkeling - and the free breakfast at Paamul is really good. Great for the price if you don't need all inclusive.

Es un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de una playa tranquila, hay muchas piedras frente a la propiedad pero caminando llegas a una zona mas libre. Los alimentos bien, a secas, un poco tardado en que llegaran a tu mesa pero en general bien. La atención del personal excelente. La propiedad cumple con lo que promete en general sin embargo nuestra reservación decía que las camas eran queen y nos dieron una habitación con camas matrimoniales pero estábamos tan cansados que bueno, solo queríamos descansar.

Pasamos unos días muy agradables con nuestras hijas pequeñas, todo era muy limpio, la playa es muy bonita y tranquila, el restaurante muy bueno y las personas que atienden son muy atentas. La ubicación también estuvo adecuada para visitar los parques y playas más conocidas. Volveremos.
