Perfect place to stay in Barcelona

This apartment was incredible, in an excellent location close to restaurants, shops, and metro. Taxis outside were very frequent too. Service was very smooth and welcoming. Overall we had a great stay.

Location is excellent. The place we got was too spacious, it could easily fit2 small families. For people looking at this option, remember, its an apartment not a hotel! Theres no 24 h concierge! The person who welcomed us was available by phone, he requested a a taxi to the airport for us, but again, you are given the keys and you're in and out on your own, which was fine with us. It would have been nice if there were few coffee pods (Nespresso machine was there) with some tea bags and sugar sachets. Recommend it.

Great location in a nice part of the city

The location was very convenient and Albert was efficient. We were in a 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, the main bedroom was on the Main Street side, very noisy all night, the windows do not keep the noise out which is a shame. The apartment sleeps 7, we were 6, plenty of room, however, the kitchen is not very well equipped, we only wanted to cook breakfast and have pre-dinner drinks in the place but there was no frying pan, only 3 champagne glasses and no wine glasses, no tea towel. Loads of plates though??

The apartment is nice. We were a group of six and the apartment could accommodate 8 people. However the table only accommodated four people. My daughter and sister got stuck in the elevator /lift for 45 minutes upon arrival due to a malfunction. They got overheated due to no air circulation in the elevator. The elevator technician took 40 minutes to arrive. I was very upset. They promised compensation for inconvenience but that never happened. The apartment manager was very cold to us after this incident which was not our fault. Even though you sign a form of no partying, several groups of young men blasted music during the hours permitted and literally danced on the balcony as if at a bar. We were on a family vacation and thought this would not be the case here. Couldn't enjoy balcony unless you wanted to watch young men bump and grind dancing 😩 The area the apartment is in offers everything one could need from great shopping, tourism office, metro, bus, taxi stands, quick shopping for groceries and convince to all points of interest. I usually use a company called Numa Versa apartments. Which we have loved but couldn'tbook this trip due to not be available. This apartment air-conditioning did NOT keep bedrooms at comfortable temperature. It does have all things needed in the kitchen and a very adequate fridge with nice freezer. Shower has good water pressure. Rooms are nicely sized. Very good space accommodation.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y agradable con varios supermercados pequeños para compra de alimentos y bebidas Solo una observación el único cuchillo que existe no tiene filo y los 2 sartenes con los que cuenta el departamento no sirven para la estufa eléctrica de inducción (no se activan las parrillas con estos sartenes) entonces no puede uno calentar nada o hacerse un par de huevos ( deberían de suministrar los trastes y utensilios adecuados) por lo demás todo muy bien

Una propiedad muy comoda. La comunicacion con la propiedad fue excelente. Me dieron un numero de telefono que podia llamar para cualquier cosa que necesitara. Llegue por la noche y me enviaron todas las instrucciones para el check in. No tuve problemas. Al dia siguiente fueron al apartamento y nos explicaron como funcionaba todo. La persona muy amable. Pedi un check out un poco mas tarde y me lo dieron. Tambien puedes guardar el equipaje en el hotel que tienen al lado. Justo al lado tienes un supermercado y varios bares y restaurantes. Queda a menos de 5 min caminando de Plaza Catalunya. Muy cerca de todas las atracciones principales de Barcelona y de todas las tiendas. El taxi lo coges frente al apartamento ya que constantemente estan pasando. Definitivamente me volveria a quedar de nuevo. 100% recomendado.

The apartment suffers with leaks when it rains. The blind fell down in the middle of the night and the drops coming through caused a sleepless night for some. They are obviously aware as they said it had happened before, but no apology offered, which I found bizarre. En suite bedroom has had issue with a leak also as the floor is bowed and soft. Lovely apartment and comfortable but wouldn’t stay again or recommend, due to the blaze attitude of the owners and the noise from the street (old windows) which was loud.
