Do not book!

I knew better booking something with hotels.com but since we were on the way, and I knew I would not have to cancel, I thought it was fine. We stood outside the vacant-looking building for an hour calling the number listed and emailing the owner. I never received any message with the code to get in the building. I verified that I had been given the correct number from guests exiting the building but there was never an answer. We finally walked next-door and checked into the Hilton. have still heard nothing. Now to figure out how to get my money back….

Excellent central location

Well decorated room with separate living and sleeping areas. Location couldn’t be bettered. Very clean. Only downside was the double glazing on the street side wasn’t up to blocking out the lively night life!

Downside is there is no front desk or any staff for that matter if you need assistance. We weren’t given bathrobes although it was listed in the amenities online, the shower head was flimsy and didn’t stay upright and there were exposed wall wires by the vanity/sink mirror. For a property listed as ‘luxury’ you would expect better. Other than that it was a pleasant stay the vibe of the room is great and looks like the picture nice and spacious also the location is perfect close to dinning and shopping.

Katastrophe

Katastrophe! Das Zimmer war bei Bezug schmutzig.. Dreckige Untertasse mit Kaffeerand, klebriger und fleckiger Marmortisch, beiger Teppich im Schlafzimmer hatte überall Flecken, Spülabdeckung in der Toilette fleckig und wirklich eklig.. Nach entsprechender Information an das Hotel wurde das Zimmer nochmals gereinigt, jedoch die Toilette vergessen und die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht.. bei diesem Preis erwarte ich definitiv mehr, zusätzlich zahlt man extra für den Reinigungsservice! Nie wieder!!

De accomodatie zag er keurig uit. Het inchecken was heel duidelijk en helder op voorhand aangegeven waardoor we direct naar binnen konden. Binnen was het enorm schoon en erg luxe, de suite is van alle gemakken voorzien en het bed sliep echt heerlijk. Enige minpunt was dat de batterijen van de afstandsbediening op waren waardoor we geen tv konden kijken, we zijn in de avond nog even snel naar de avond winkel gegaan, die overigens op loopafstand ook zit, om deze te vervangen. Al met al een heerlijke ervaring wat ik iedereen zou aanraden!

This is an apart-hotel and not an hotel. No reception, no help with baggage, and very difficult to communicate with anyone if help is needed. The entrance is a tiny black door and a tiny corridor to the elevator. Room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom, but when in the room you need to go down a few steps to the living room and then up a few steps to the bedroom. An app on your phone opens the front door and the bedroom door. Over all a very stressful experience.
