It was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is super nice, clean, modern and everyone is so polite. The location is also super practical as you are not in the middle of the big trouble in Patong but you are there in 5 minutes by car and can even have a longer walk to get there. Also big thanks for the unexpected birthday surprise :) Would absolutely recommend!

This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I love the location - in Patong but not IN Patong. Tuk tuks and taxis are close by to take you to the beach or shopping. They have an extensive breakfast buffet. Gym is small but has what you need. Would come back again for sure

It was amazing, we laid a little extra for the private spa pool which was well worth the money. Transport was easy however the free shuttle bus provided by the resort was often fully booked but luckily taxis were very close and not too expensive. My suggestion would be for them to double the amount of shuttle trips during the busy season.

Great property, our room had access to the pool right out our sliding glass door, not a ton of food options, gyms limited but it’s walking distance to the beach and regular shuttles that take you to town for free.

Pros- buffet breakfast was nice, staff highly attentive, free shuttle service throughout the day. Ramp access options, elevators, kids club, multiple pools. Quiet property at night. Beds are nice. Bottles of water provided every day in the room. Con- rooms need a deep clean and maintenance done. AC temps have to be changed from reception, but far out of Patong but we didn't mind that (10min from the hustle and bustle of it all)

hotel great exceptions basic bar , no character, had food menus but NO FOOD. Only one restaurant other closed???? very basic minimal western style food no money exchange so 600bht round rip to money changers . will look to stay close to Patong next time .
