If you're traveling with luggage, be aware that there's no elevator — staying on the 7th floor can be extremely challenging. The air conditioning is PIN-protected, but the code was never provided, leaving the apartment uncomfortably warm during our two-night stay. Communication was poor, with no responses to emails, leaving us to figure things out on our own. Although I eventually managed to reach someone by phone, I wasn’t allowed to check in early despite the room being ready two hours before the official time — a clear lack of customer service and empathy. Unfortunately, Clair from the team was neither helpful nor supportive. The apartment itself is spacious, but due to the overall experience, I won’t be returning.
