The room was alot smaller than i expected...i booked the "superior " room but it was barely big enough to turn without hitting something...when i compared the room to the online photos, it was a complete different room they paced us in...luckily the service made up for it so no complaints..but if the room we wanted was not available, they should have stated so.

Situated in shabby streets, no possibilury for taxis to stop. Nobody in the Lobby, no help with luggage. No signs which floor to checkin Elevator stops with Barkeeper Christos holding on to his coffee and complaining that we had prevented him from going upstairs by calling the elevator. He told us to take the staircase ( with our luggage) and stayed himself in the elevator. Bathrooms very tiny, not appropriate with Room size and cost. Also Materials and Design very Chess No replacement of Shampoo and conditioner.

This property is a jewel set in a once elegant neighborhood that has seen better days - but once inside the elegant 19th century doors you are transported back to an elegant urban mansion that has been upgraded abd transformed into a welcoming and ultra comfortable experience - glistening hardwood floors marble bathrooms and breakfast and elegant bar on rooftop with view of acropolis - only min walk to Sydigma and Hermou and red line metro - Ioannis and Penny are super helpful along with Christo on the rooftop - a wonderful experience !

The hotel has poor communication skills. Due to the current pandemic and travel restrictions we were unable to stay for the night. We emailed the hotel and they were not responsive - it also came to our attention that the manager who can approve travel requests or changes is only available on weekends for a small amount of hours. If you have no issues or last minute changes I’m sure this hotel is great. But we have been very disappointed.
