It’s new, just nearby JR station, even rainy days, no worry. The staff is nice, good soundproof even near the railway. And satisfy the hardness of mattress. But the staff seems only knowledge of simple English

Since it was my first stay in this hotel, I was not used to their check-in process and took me much longer than I had expected. The room was upgraded to a bigger one, so the space was nice. It is located right above Koenji Station, but I did not hear any train and traffic noises. the bed was very comfortable and I had a very good sleep.

I loved how clean and convenient the hotel was. The area is lovely, and fromt he hotel, you can get anywhere easily. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, with one exception: I specifically asked upon my arrival when I should sent my luggage to the airport to get it there in time for my flight. My flight was Friday afternoon, so I asked if Thursday afternoon would be fine. I was emphatically told that I should send it Thursday morning. Wednesday evening I go to arrange my luggage delivery: I am told it is too late and that I should have sent it 48 hours before the departure time (this was 6:30 PM on Wednesday, my departure was 5:35 PM on Friday). It was explained away as miscommunication, because we were speaking Japanese (I teach college level Japanese, so I can at the very least understand dates and time). I would recommend the hotel display clear information on their "takyuubin" service: non-Japanese guests might need to know that Yamato only picks up airport deliveries 48 h prior to desired pick-up time.

The best location, literally right outside the subway station! Great place to stay if you want to be away from the busy areas but still be accessible. Room itself was quite spacious for Tokyo, a nice plus.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt über der Bahnstation und um sie herum sind gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen und einkaufen, nach shinjuku shibuya und akiba hat man es auch nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gesäubert. Wenn man ankommt und noch nicht einchecken kann, kann man sein gepäck dort verwahren und die Gegend etwas erkunden. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde auf jeden Fall wieder meinen Aufenthalt dort verbringen. Das Personal war auch immer sehr höfflich und zuvorkommend.
