Great room in Rome

We loved our stay! The room was really cosy, bed was very comfy. The view from our window was so nice to wake up to every morning watching the park and the street. The building felt very safe. Very happy with the bed and pillows which were really comfortable and we had a great nights sleep and weren’t bothered by other customers as other reviews had said the walls were thin. The windows were great for blocking out the noise from the road too. The aircon in the room was fantastic and a welcome relief when we got back every day. It’s in a perfect central location to walk to the colosseum or Trevi fountain and your 1 minute away from the metro! Carlos was super helpful when we got there too giving us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Magic door

The unit was close to transport and within walking distance to the sites. The mattress was terrible and the toilet was right up against the sink making it hard to sit on. Small bar fridge. Air conditioner showed 16deg but we had to open the window as so hot. The unit was clean. There was on site managers and they were helpful. City tax had to be paid in cash. Overall, the unit served its purpose!

Amazing hotel, the staff were really helpful and lovely, especially Karl! The reception closes at 6pm, but they waited for our arrival. Hotel was very homely and was central to all major cite seeing. Definitely recommend.

Magic Door Rome

Stayed for 2 nights. Check in was easy and service was very friendly. For a “budget” hotel we found the room and security to be very sufficient. And the location next to the park and close to Termini was wonderful. Would stay here again if returning to Rome.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we loved the area. Huge park view from our window. Very clean and comfortable. Karen and her mom were very helpful and sweet.Karen was very kind in helping us find a driver to Civitavecchia. Great little cafe on the corner and delicious pizza around the corner. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Karen !

O Hotel não tem elevador escadas estreitas, a cama que ficamos o colchão terrível com um buraco e um calombo no meio super velho e a outra cama que pegamos o quarto para 3 pessoas a cama de solteiro igual colchão velho e torto.

Copies of our passport, address and other personal information were left in a public corridor by rooms for anyone to see or take details from. Booked 2 rooms the same, one for us and one for our friends. Completed different standard of rooms. No kettle or fridge in our room. Hardly saw any staff to raise issues with.
