The location of this condo to Cruz Bay is wonderful. The Condo was clean, air conditioning was nice and cold and check in was easy. They provide you with beach towels, chairs, coolers and floaties. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Coconut Coast Villas.

everything was wonderful at this property. Communication was excellent and the hosts do everything to make this day as great as possible. We had a wonderful time. They also have additional floats, fins, snorkels for water outing in their own little Cove.

Coconut Coast Villas was an excellent place to stay in St. John! The water view was amazing, and the property managers were available and communicative the whole time. We were provided with a detailed guide of various places on the island for snorkeling and dining. We can't wait to go back, rooms were clean , location was great , we walked to town to shop and had a car as well.

Great location and everything we needed

Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!

Our family of 4 had a great time staying at Coconut Coast. We had 3 rooms and everyone slept well with the windows open, listening to the ocean. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. I'd love to be back right now, it's 7 degrees here today.

Great place to stay

Our stay was wonderful. The room was basic but just as described, clean and comfortable. We were in a (2) queen room with balcony overlooking the water and pool. The hotel was within walking distance to downtown during daylight hours. I would not walk back from town after dark. I would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately the pool was so warm that it was unusable. There were some ants in our room. No daily room service was a surprise. Not as convenient to walk to town as other stays. Had complementary wash and dry. Very nice view from patio.

Delightful stay! Nice people. They provided snacks cheaper than the cost in an honor bar. Had chairs, cooler, noodles and snorkeling gear. Excellent place to stay!

Disappointed

Nice people but the location and the photos are very deceiving. Unfortunately the water was completely flooded with Sargassum so we couldn’t walk down, then the pool was dirty from the time we arrived, never being cleaned while we were there. The walls are paper thin and we literally heard every conversation of our loud neighbors. It’s also at a dead end with a jungle path and steep hills for the walk to town. Sadly it says remodeled, but the fridge is rusty and the room is just OK.

Had an amazing time staying at coconut coast villas. You get an amazing view, kitchen with appliances if you guy groceries, stove, refrigerator, tv and WiFi. Staff is excellent on communication. You also get free access to laundry which is wonderful. The villas are about 12 minutes out from downtown St. John which makes it really walkable if you want to go out and explore or get groceries. There are some steep parts of the walk to and from the villas but if you walk the right way, it shouldn’t be bad. Overall great property to stay at for a great price.

Great experience

Lovely spot with a breezy and shaded balcony. Perfectly equipped for a stay with just what you need in the kitchen and the coldest freezer (weirdly important here!) bring your walking shoes for the steep hill. Service and communication was absolutely perfect! Great place to be if you rent a car, but you also don’t need to!
