Convenient location, the room gets incredibly dusty, likely due to the feather pillows, and not everywhere gets cleaned during cleaning days so it was a little stuffy. The facilities were good, but only one washing machine per gender. And no closet in standard rooms which meant I had to live out of a suitcase for over 2 weeks. Out of all the chain hotels, this one maybe falls 3rd. I had a much better experience at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn’s.

It was quite nice staying here, staff was very helpful! The only thing was the option for the aircon was available since it adjusts automatically due to the weather outside. ( the heater was on, so it was a bit hot when sleeeping for the night)

It's located where the action is. The open air public bath has a view of the Skytree. The rooms were a bit small. Only one laundry machine for the entire hotel was a bit disappointing. But there's an awesome 24/7 coin laundry nearby that has better prices. Overall a good choice for the price.

I’ve stayed at this property before and enjoy its convenience. The staff at the front desk were very kind and always willing to help. I was surprised that when I did ask the room to be made up it wasn’t done very throughly, some of the garbage was left behind. This location is great because it’s right above a train station of a main connecting line so you can get anywhere quickly. Having Komeda Coffee downstairs as well as a Rox Shopping Mall nearby is extremely convenient too.

Prime location and has a hot springs on the top floor. 10 mins walk to sensoji temple. Many shops and restaurants around the neighborhood. The only thing I found a little inconvenience was the dryer didn't function properly. My clothing were not dry even after one hour of drying. There is only 1 washer and dryer in the entire hotel. Suggest to consider install one additional washer and dryer.

The breakfast tickets that allows you to get a Komeda's coffee breakfast is excellent. Very delicious. The onsite onsen is a godsend to sore muscles after much walking around. The room is quite small and awkward when two people share it with a big suitcases each. The double bed was comfortable but one side was against a wall and made it hard when two people share it. The person will have to climb over the other, possibly waking them in the night if the need to use the bathroom arises. Good luck trying to use the laundry machines, they were always in use when we tried to use them. Great hotel overall and I would recommend it. Though for two people perhaps get the two seperate beds option if available.

Convenient location. Small room, nice bath.

A nice and clean business hotel for travelers who keep themselves busy outside the hotel and don’t spend much time in the hotel room since the room was small. With two people and two large suitcases, there was hardly any room to stay comfortably, so if you plan on spending lots of time in the room, I would recommend to pay more and find a spacious room somewhere else. Yet, the hotel had everything I needed: Yukata room wears, slippers, basic amenities; they leave a bag of clean towels and Yukata, powdered coffee/tea sets, etc. every day; at the top floor, there are large public baths with Roten bath where you can feel outside air; a washer/dryer in the public bath area; courier services (Kuroneko Yamato and airport suitcase delivery service) with additional fees. Komeda Coffee (cafe) is accessible from the lobby and that’s what you will get for breakfast if it is included in your plan. But please try the bakery next to Komeda Coffee as it was EXCELLENT (my favorite was a sandwich with deep-fried shrimp patties.) Train station and a convenient store are very close. Senso-ji temple is walkable (10-15 minutes) and there are lots of restaurants on the way.
