Average
Near the LIN airport. If you need to travel to the city center, you can take the tram No.27 for around 20 mins. Anyway, it's hard to buy a ticket near the hotel as you can't find any shop nearby. The staff is polite but doesn't have a lot of passion. The room is simple and clean but not very satisfied with the bathroom. The breakfast is simple but still tasty.

Funky, quirky hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. The bar/restaurant on the 6th floor were great. The bartenders up there were fabulous. I stayed only one night as I was flying from Linate so I can’t say much about the location other than it was very convenient for the airport. But I would definitely stay again when I’m next in Milano.

Warning- NO airport transportation!
The staff (Stephano) was very welcoming and helpful. However, the ad for this hotel said they offer airport transportation and it’s located close to the airport so that’s why we booked it. On the day of check-in, I called to anrrange our shuttle (since it was very early the next day) and the concierge said they don’t actually have any sort of airport transportation. This was very disappointing and frustrating since it’s in their ad and is the only reason we chose this hotel over others.

this place is really fun and cute. it's a little kitschy while also maintaining a luxurious atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the best i've had at any hotel hands down. the bacon especially was out of this world. My only complaint would be some weird comments the concierge made to me at check-in. He made these comments in front of some other guests and it seemed pretty mean spirited honestly. it was embarrassing for me and kind of tainted my initial perception of the establishment. thankfully, my following interactions with him were better and the rest of the staff were excellent and professional.

Schöne Zimmer, ordentlich. Der Service war gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichliche Auswahl und die Aussicht von der Terasse super! Bahnverbindung in die Innenstadt 20min. super. Parken konnten wir vor dem Hotel kostenfrei. Empfehlung!!

Séjour parfait!

Ottimo soggiorno
L'hotel ha una tematica molto bella ed è grandissimo. La camera è grande come anche il bagno. Colazione a buffet variegata e camerieri gentilissimi e disponibili. L'unica cosa che non abbiamo gradito sono gli addetti alla reception (eccetto il ragazzo al check-out) che apparivano scocciati e ad ogni nostro ingresso in struttura non hanno ricambiato il saluto (quest'ultimo riferito all'addetto notturno).

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il est situé à 5mn à pied de la Fabrique, où j'allais à un concert. L'endroit est très fantaisiste et fun, les chambres ont une décoration très originale et le personnel est poli, efficace et très sympathique ! Si vous cherchez un hôtel proche du centre, il est peut-être un peu éloigné mais il est vraiment très spécial et vaut le détour !
