위치, 시설 모두 만족스럽지만 반지하라 지나가는 사람들에게 방이 보여요... 그리고 수건은 5박에 4장 제공, 휴지도 1롤 제공하고 다시 안 주네요.. 여러모로 최악이었습니다.

Great central location. Spacious comfortable apartment (higher floor). Can recommend if you’re looking for something bigger in central London which is not easy to find at this price. Will be staying here again.

Très bon plan
Pour un couple avec un enfant l'appart était impeccable, bien agencé et équipé avec ce qu'il faut. L'emplacement est top aussi pas loin des commodités et de la rue marchande.
Juste un petit commentaire par rapport au lit: le matelas était un peu creux au milieu.

Heating and hot water not working. Information tablet not charged, no charger available to recharge and therefore not able to access information. When trying to contact help line, person on the end of the phone of number given number didn't even know what country, let alone city or flat that call was being made about. Flat cold, dark and damp, not flat as seen in pictures. Very disappointing stay. if this was a product bought from a shop I would return it to get money back.

FRAUD
Be cautious before you book with thesqua.re as they are responsible for a huge loss to my company. We had booked the apartments for our clients through Expedia the travel agent portal. The apartment was originally booked for Cleveland . However , we were later informed by David on 19th June that there is no water supply in the entire building and as per the Building Management and the contractors, this is a major issue and will take time for the repairs “. As an alternate they had provided an apartment which is supposedly “ premier “ Lexcion Apartment which was 2.3 miles away. I wasn’t in favor of this and said that I would get back to you after checking with the client. We requested David to send pictures so that the client be updated on this last minute change. After checking with the client she wasn’t convinced and happy about the last minute change and requested for apartments within Marylebone , Oxford Area. Couple of hours later sends another email informing us that the problem is now resolved . So we are back to square one . The original booking at Cleveland. Surprising that the work which was supposed to take sometime got resolved in a couple of hours . Anyways , to another surprise yet in store the rooms allotted were in different wings. We had a confirmation from David stating that the rooms would be in the same wing. Moreover we were in store for bigger surprises, one of the rooms allotted was at the basement level which had filthy stagnant water
