As per the staff: room cleaning only done every 3 days, I stayed for 7 only cleaned once that was only after I asked. No amenities given, not even a tissue box in the room. Just about the worst hotel I've been to.

Hotel was okay
Okay, first of all, when I entered the room, I found some rubbish under the bed. Like, did you ever sweep the floor?? And the screw of the curtains did not installed properly. It fell off and almost hit my niece. Next time please do some maintance. Everything else was okay. Tq

Suitable only for nearby Hospital patients maybe!
Double/Queen size room too tight, not comfortable to move around with ants under bed and no shops within convenient walking. Refund was a hassle with hotel management and Hotels.com, taking about 1 month with prodding.

Awful Hotel for my Kuching trip.
I wanna show my extreme complaint about this hotel below : 1. The grab APP, can't find the exact location. I tried several times already. in the end I take a local taxi....It makes me lose the money. (compared with between taxi & grab, the taxi fare is 3 times expensive than grab ) 2. The hotel location is very unhandy for pick up & drop off as well. only single lane. must take the short cut into alley from Hospital car parking lot, then arrive hotel.
