The property is located in the heart of the colonial zone. Close to everything you may want. The hotel decoration is actually colonial style. The only thing was the bedroom is very small for 2 people, but very cozy.

Cozy place, beautiful decoration. However, the room was too small and breakfast was ready later than the opening time, which was inconvenient as we had an excursion. Great location and nice staff.

Great option in the historic center

Nice small hotel. In the colonial center, it is very Spanish Caribbean in feel. I got in late and it is not easy to find, but the host was helpful and quick. Easy to walk to many things from here.

The common areas are very pretty. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was smaller than expected, but it is ok if you are not planning to spend much time in it. The spacious bathroom with bathtub and hot water certainly made up for the lack of space in the bedroom. Breakfast was nice and fresh and staff is very kind.

Ideal location in zona colonial, but any room on the street is terrible, really noisy with music and people speaking loud most of the night. Any isolation on the window would be highly recommended

The hotel is nice but very small, the larger room which I chose was near a busy street and the noise was annoying specially at night. The bed sheets had stains on them, I mentioned it to the cleaning lady but they did not change it. Also, the front door is not always locked but there is a doorman at night. The location was perfect, very close to El Conde but the actual street where the hotel is located is a bit less touristy (sketchy). Having breakfast each morning was nice.

Maison très bien placée centre historique. Très belle décoration. Accueil un peu minimaliste. Personnel du petit déjeuner sympathique mais pas un mot d'anglais. Manque du pain au petit déjeuner. Télé dans la chambre avec beaucoup de choix de chaines, mais rien en Français alors que presque partout nous avions TV5 ou France 24 en français. Dommage.

Never staying here again No warm or hot water deapite running it for over 10 minures and trying all settings. Very small room No backup generator, and they experiened a blackout. Posted sign says breakfast area opens at 8am,at 806am, the breakfast area was closed and lights off. Breakfast area is co-located in the kitchen. Guests have to put up with the smoke and staff cooking 8-10 feet away from you.

I was expecting much better

The room, the bed, the a/c, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the street side. Extremely noisy! All night long ! The real problem was water in the shower (cold&hot) regulation! Impossible to manage it ! I called the technician but still ! You better enjoy cold shower.
