The property is in a very convenient location with many food options nearby and quick access to the train station. Only thing is the doors and walls are thin so you can hear people walking in the hallway and the fire station outside. But those noises are not frequent and should not affect your ability to sleep

It was not noticed until my last day of staying but i took the sheets off the bed to make it easier for the cleaning lady and when i lifted the sheet there was bed bugs. I felt nasty after discovering this.

During our trip we stayed at 5 hotels this one overall I would rate the lowest score . It was one of the noisiest hotels not from outside it was in . We were on the 5 th floor you would hear cabinets slamming all hours . They offer generic nothing for breakfast they have enough out for 20 people .

Generally clean and nice with wood flooring. But you could hear everything going on from the corridor, very clearly almost as if there was no door at all. Soundproof the doors to the room and the grade would be better.

Convenient to Haneda and Tokyo

Friendly staff. Light breakfast included. 5 minutes on foot from Kamata JR Station. 20 minutes on bus 95 from Haneda Terminal 3 to Kamata Station. Easy commute by train to all parts of Tokyo from Kamata.

La chambre était plutôt bien mais le problème venait de la salle de bain, le rideau de douche avait des traces de moisissure et l’odeur de la salle de bain en général était très désagréable, une odeur d’urine. Mais très bien situé près de la gare à 5-10min à pied et en passant à côté de magasins, rue commerçante et centre commercial
