Really liked this hotel. The staff and service really stood out. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and a huge bonus is that it's just across the road from Tanger Ville, which really worked for us. We had to leave super early so the staff ensured we had a breakfast box for two for our journey. They also organised a taxi for us at a great price. Great porters and security, too and a great girl on reception who gave great shopping advice (I wish I took her name). Very pleased. Will stay here again next time we're in Tanger.

Whoever is managing this Hotel deserves a bonus. The entire staff is beyond excellent from the front desk to housekeeping (thank you Meryem!) to the restaurant staff (thank you Ilham and Noirdine!) everyone is very professional and there to make your stay comfortable and wonderful! The food is excellent and the drinks are Delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tangier.

Lovely Hotel, But Some Confusion at Check-In

We stayed as a group of 8 people across three rooms. Unfortunately, there were some misunderstandings at check-in, particularly regarding the half-board package and the distinction between adults and children. It wasn’t entirely clear what was included, and this created some confusion at the start of our holiday. It would have made a big difference if the staff had reviewed the booking more thoroughly upon arrival – especially when dealing with a larger group and multiple rooms. We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday, and those details should really be in order from the beginning. We also noticed that staff frequently encouraged us to leave reviews and mention specific employees. This felt a bit intrusive and took away from the natural service experience. That said, the hotel itself and its facilities were nice, and we hope to see better communication and a smoother check-in process in the future.

Very nice hotel with extremely nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in the city center so it is noisy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful starting from the door bell to the restaurant waiters. When we checked out and got to the airport, we realized that we left our passports in the room. Called the hotel and they were super efficient in finding the passports and helping us get them to not miss our flight.
