整體感覺差，不會再入住。

除了交通方便外，其他都有點差。一入房間已經有霉味，房間牆壁及天花板發霉，開著冷氣即時傳來陣陣煙味。梳化還有上一位客人遺留的打火機。退房時交房卡一切順利職員還說可以了，但後來酒店職員追出來說我還未付房間費用，但是當然一早已付清，而且還有收據，最終擾攘了十分鐘才解決。

缺點： 1.像評語所說大廈仍在裝橫，早上7-8點就會有聲音，易被嘈醒的人要考慮，我想裝修應該會持續一段時間！ 2. 入口是難找，但去之前已看過評語怎走，所以一找就找到！而且check in是16樓 3.早上出門時貌似只有一個lift是運作，等超久，然後給我發現後樓梯有貨lift也可以下去，快很多！優點： 1.設計是不錯，喜歡明亮的感覺，有家的感覺！而且洗衣機連洗衣粉也有，只住一晚沒有享用。 2.位置是不錯，公園前站也是轉乘站，所以方便！走路大概10分鐘就到北京路，樓下有一個大商場（沒有認真逛逛），再後面一條街都有早餐吃（但沒有好好吃），也有滿記甜品 3.這一棟大廈我看到3間不同公寓酒店，我朋友又住了同一棟大廈其他公寓房型，她表示還是我們住的感覺整潔和明亮多點 4 我們臨時加人，所以轉兩張大床房型，也加了少少錢，便快速解決了！ 5.廁所有暖氣，怕冷的人可使用，但不開也很暖的說！廁所設計我都喜歡！

We had a great time at our stay here! We were up on the 11th floor and it was very quiet for the most part, certainly no street noise that high up. Our last night we had a few noisy neighbours so I suspect that before that we had no neighbours which is why it was so quiet. The building was humid inside but totally fine once you cranked your room air conditioning. The lobby was confusing and I will say the only reason I knew what to do was an older review which had complained about it and explained where to go. For those who need it: get dropped off at the north entrance to the mall, if you get dropped at the end of the driveway on Jixiang Rd like we did, walk down the driveway past the security guard and you will see the entrance to the lobby on the right. Go into this first room and then look around on the wall for a sign that says Nomo Residences or Nomo Apartments. Follow that sign into the next room and turn right and you will see the concierge for the Nomo apartments. Otherwise the beds were a little hard but I honestly slept well considering, the twin room we stayed in had a separating door so we each had privacy. All in all a good time.

Location-wise it is excellent. Accessible to Metro, some local attractions and lots of food choices and shopping. Apartment is a little dated. Wi-Fi was bad and despite having a kitchenette framework, there was no crockery or cutlery.

Precisa de reforma urgente

Os apartamentos estão precisando de uma boa reforma . Fui colocado em um que havia mofo no teto , e solicitei a mudança para outro , estava um pouco melhor , mas as condições não estão boas . Cama muito dura , sofá bem Velho !!! Está muito mal cuidado . Bem diferente de quando estive em 2017. Certamente não será uma opção para mim , na minha próxima viagem para China !!! O bom do Flat é que no subsolo dele existe a estação de metrô , ajuda muito ! N
