Un hôtel sans service avec un accueil déplorable et mensonger, aucun équipement dans la Chanel re ne serait-ce une table ou une chaise. La dame de l’accueil du lendemain était tout de même plus courtoise et gentille.

staff was rude and unhelpful. rooms are TINY. first one i was in didnt even have a night stand or desk so all my stuff was on the floor plus the a/c wasn’t working. had to ask numerous times to change rooms and they still tried to convince me it was working until i asked the guy “ok try to change the temp then” which he couldnt do. they finally put me in a room which was a little better but only after i asked about 5 or 6 times. on top of that its in a very sketchy area. only good things were the smart tvs in the rooms

Good budget hotel - in terms of the services and amenities, it was okay. The elevators weren’t working when we arrived and since our room was on the 7th floor, we had to walk up 7 floors everyday that we were there. Overall, it is close to the mta, which was nice

Interesting stay Staff werent there at checkout waited 30 minutes Rooms are not quiet so you can hear everything from other rooms even in your own room and I mean you can hear EVERYTHING Room was fine bathroom was big and spacious but it’s definitely cheap so don’t go in there expecting Hilton cuz it is no where near that Would not recommend staying here if you have a family but if you are by yourself or with a buddy I can recommend it

Simple bed and shower hotel, nothing fancy. Note, elevator is non-functional so you'll be taking stairs that are poorly lit with motion sensor lights. Doors to the rooms seem to be very hard to close, so everyone ends up slamming them all day.
