On the first day at the property, the master bathroom sink backed up. There was mold around the porcelain sinks in both bathroom as they sit on the vanity. The bathroom sink being backed up could not have been a new issue. If the cleaning crew had done proper cleaning, this would have been identified. Maintenance came by and unclogged it, but a few minutes later when I turned on the faucet, water started dripping from the sides of the sink and onto the floor. It would require 90 minutes to 2 hours the next morning to fix it. We opted not to fix it because it would cause bad odor due to the silicon that would be use.
Three days later, without any prior notice, they started working on the property, drilling, hammering, etc. Come to find out that they were installing air conditioning units. A note was posted in the elevator stating that work will begin on the installation of air conditioning on April 21, but the actual work started on April 16. I took a picture of the notice in the elevator.
Through all of this, the property only thanked me for my feedback and did nothing more. No refund of any sort and didn't make any attempt to apologize.
The place looks great in pictures, but the quality of the actual unit, as well as the construction is quite poor. It feels like it's going to fall apart.
