Hotel room was very clean, a little outdated but was spotless which was really good. However the rest of the hotel was not to the same standard and spoiled my feeling of being comfortable in the hotel.

One night stay

Stayed one night as a stop over on part of our trip. Good stay. Comfy bed and clean room although a bit dated and tired. A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful but managed to stretch hairdryer into bathroom to use mirror in there. Very nice breakfast and friendly woman on front of house and serving.

Great Stay, Great People.

Had a 1 night stay here whilst working away. Lovely little hotel with friendly staff. Good food & drink options & being on the NC500 route a good atmosphere around the pub with others visitors also interacting with eachother. Would recomend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around that area.

Piccolo rifugio di tranquillità e poesia. Siamo arrivati un sabato sera dopo le 19 ed abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare qualcosa da mangiare nei dintorni, tuttavia le gentilissime ragazze che gestiscono la struttura si sono prodigate per aiutarci a risolvere il problema cena. Camere che profumano di nuovo, ben pulite e igienizzate. Il pub al piano terra è un bijoux. Ottima la colazione!

Okay stay. Staff friendly. Good shower. Breakfast, I had burnt bacon, solid poached eggs and hard toast. Husband had the full scottish and said the beans were the best bit.
