Outstanding Hotel in Central Location

Outstanding hotel. Hotel was recommended by friends who had stayed there a number of times. I booked a room with terrace overlooking square. Welcoming, attentive and very professional staff who went out of their way to make even the smallest aspect of my stay so enjoyable. One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay.

The location was fantastic and there was easy accessibility to trams and tourist sites. The room was at its bare min - no slippers or robe and no bathroom amenities other than soap. The staff were super friendly and that made up for much! Just be warned that there are loads of stairs outside and inside for those less mobile to note.

Heureusement que ça n a durée qu’une nuit. J’étais assez mal à l aise à cause par exemple dans la salle de bain de l odeur (problème de canalisations je pense), des joins noircis, trop de calcaire... Pour ce qui est du reste je crois qu on dit que « la chambre est dans son jus ». Pour le service rien à dire, tout le monde a été top.

hotel bien situé mais ne mérite plus ses 3 étoiles

Je suis arrivée dans une chambre grotte puant la chaussette. Plus de 30° dans la chambre et un simple ventilateur tour totalement inefficace (et plein de poussière). J'ai dû utiliser mon mini ventilo de bureau pour rafraichir ma tête :-( . Pas de serviette pour la douche, telecommande perdue, chambre mal aérée... D'après la réception et autres clients ce sont des problèmes récurrents. Manque de personnel et de moyens...
Mon ventilateur USB (perché sur la tête de lit) était plus efficace que la tour de l'hôtel (j'ai aussi essayé de la surélever, mais dans ce cas le léger flux d'air passait au dessus de moi...)
plafond de douche moisi: chambre mal ventilée et VMC dépendant de l'éclairage de la salle de bain... Combinaison fatale
bienvenue aux allergiques ... Je suggère de remplacer ce bidule en plastique par un ventilateur de plafond: bien plus efficace pour une surface >1m carré !

Accueil et personnel à la hauteur. La chambre est très vieillissante... Il n'y a pas de télévision... Interdiction d'utiliser l'eau de la chambre après 8h pour des raisons de fuite d'eau visiblement. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont très vieillissantes et nécessiteraient une gros rafraichissement. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif.
