Amazing stay!

My stay at Hotel Hodelpa Nicolás de Ovando was absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, the staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of historic and modern elements, with the architecture truly standing out. The colonial-style design adds so much character, and it's a privilege to stay in such a beautifully preserved, centuries-old building. The atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The worst experience

On my stay they never clean my room We order room service twice and they always forgot food and they try to charge me for items that never received. Food was terrible. I let manager now and they don’t care I don’t recommend this place

The room was great. The front desk staff and the porters were wonderful. The service in the restaurants was not great. The massage service was poorly organized.
