Loved this hotel because the amenities offered were exceptional. They helped with luggage transfers and taxi services as these companies only spoke Japanese. Super helpful! Only con was that you had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get into the hotel which was fair as the hotel is beautiful sat on a mountain side. The hotel has spectacular views of Mt. Fuji in the morning. If you go in the summer I don’t know if they offer a/c but during our winter stay, temperatures were perfection!

Stayed at the hotel in mid-Dec. A very clean hotel both in the room and in the public onsen. Breakfast had a great range of choices, so I'd definitely recommend travellers to include breakfast when booking the hotel given there aren't many restaurants open for brekkie nearby. Had a hiccup at check-in as the concierge insisted that I need to pay for breakfast although I've already included it in the booking. The duty manager had to step in to resolve the issue. One other issue is that I booked a mountain view room which also faces the sun. The cleaner must have left the curtains open and by the time I checked in at 3pm, the room is steaming hot after being baked by the sun for most of the day. It was 8 degree outside but the room feels over 30 even without aircon on. So if anyone is booking a mountain view room and you prefer a cooler room, advise the hotel to close the curtains to keep the sun out before you check in. The mountain view was nice but was obstructed by the roller coaster track in the Fuji-Q Highland. The hotel is not close to Kawaguchiko, still need to catch a train or bus to get there, but quite close to Fuji-Q Highland if your kids want to play there.

富士山景房風景好棒，對住富士山每天起身打開窗簾就見到，每日變化都不會一様真的很美，房間不算細，浴室乾濕分離，空調比較差不可選擇模式只有暖風模式，訓覺會熱醒，酒店有溫泉可以浸，櫃檯職員有禮貌，近富士急車站，附近有餐廳，便利商店方便，唯獨酒店位置不佳有斜路，路太窄拖住喼行會比較難行

Wonderful view of Mt Fuji
It’s an amazing experience staying here. The room was clean and comfortable with stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Nice Onsen facility . Convenient location walkable to Fuji Q park nearby or bus stop to kawaguchiko station where we can take sightseeing bus around the lake or train back to city.

While the hotel is comfortable, I found that the experience didn’t fully match the high ratings I’d seen in reviews. The facilities and services were quite average, room was very tiny and the restaurant did not meet my expectations. Additionally, there are few dining options nearby, making it challenging to find alternatives. Unfortunately, my overall stay was not as satisfying as I had hoped
