Shared Dorm is a great accomodation

Stayed in shared dorm room for 16 nights, was always easy to get in and out of, and always quiet so easy to fall asleep. Entire area was always clean and well maintained. Definitely will stay here again when I am able to have a long term trip to Tokyo again

The place is really clean and the personal area is spacious compared with hostels with similar nature. The staff was helpful and the view around the hostel is soothing as well. Just that it is a bit far from the metro. Overall it was a really nice spot to stay with, definitely recommend it!

I want to keep it as my Tokyo's secret gem... Amazingly clean and stylish hostel. Huge river-side deck features nice restaurant (brewery opens end 2017) and view of Tokyo Skytree! I stayed here only for a night, but I would say this hostel is one of the best in the world. Nearest metro Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station is bit far (850m away). This is Tokyo Metro/Toei (Metropolitan) crossing station, so you may find cheaper fare to/from here depending on where you go. (Tokyo has two metro companies, and transferring each other requires you little bit higher fare.) Residence and light industry like lumber fill up this neighbourhood, and it seem to have less restaurant option. Japan's first Blue Bottle Coffee is nearby, and café boom is coming to this area. So finding your favourite café would be awesome. 本当は秘密にしておきたいぐらいなのですが... とてもきれいでスタイリッシュなホステルです。 大きな川沿いのデッキにはレストランが併設されており(ビール工場も17年末にできるそう)、東京スカイツリーが見えます。 一泊のみだったのですが、世界のホステルの中でも最高の部類です。 欠点としては、一番近い清澄白河駅から850mと、少し距離があります。 東京メトロと都営の交差駅ですので、場所によってはここへ(から)少し安い運賃で行ける場合もありますね。 近隣は住宅と製材業などの軽工業が主で、食事の選択肢が少ないように見えました。 ただ、日本初のブルーボトルコーヒーが開店してカフェブームのきている街ですので、 気に入ったカフェを見つけるのは楽しいと思いますよ。

We loved our stay here during our first week in Tokyo. If you want to a simple stay away from the super touristy areas with the option to explore Tokyo on your own time, it is only a 10-15 minute walk to very convenient train lines. Staff very friendly and helpful. Huge plus that there is laundry on site for a longer trip. 10/10 will recommend to friends.

Very good breakfast. The hostel is good, the beds are big and the bathroom is massive. Staff is friendly too. My only problem was that the men shower wanst spot clean, you cold see some mold on it.
