Konforlu ve keyifli konaklama
Otel konum olarak cok iyi. Odalar yeni ve cok temiz. SDeniz manzaralı odalaı tercih etmenizi oneririm. Personel cok ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Rezervasyon Ruya hanıma ilgi ve yardımlarından dolayıda ayrıca tesekkur ederiz.

This was my 3rd time staying at Hilton Bakirkoy and like before I was very happy and pleased with the accommodations. The staff and amenities were great. The dining and morning breakfast wait staff were amazing and took excellent care of me. I'll be returning to Istanbul in 3 to 4 months and I'll be planning to stay here again.

After notifying them prior to my arrival about my dust and peanut allergy I arrive to a filthy room that smells like an ashtray, filled with dust and peanut crumbs under the nightstand leaving me with severe allergic reaction I notified the new supervisor he carelessly responded with I gave you a nice room!!! You didn’t give me anything I paid for all of it. He changed my room to an even worst one lesser value than what I paid the next day I asked for the GM and told him either to fix it or refund me and let me out he apologized about the inconvenience & other supervisor! Inconvenience you could’ve killed your guest sir! Being tired and sick I accepted another room change and let me tell you that one as well was filthy unfortunately It was late evening I settled for having two people clean the room whom left it also unclean with previous guests used paper towel under sink and eye drop under nightstand under bed filled with dust balls bathtub still have residue from previous use broken faucet white liquid marks on wall I can go on but you get the point it was just filthy stay away
