地點超讚，房間舒適安全，但沒有暖氣冬天難入睡。

房間很大很舒適，有很讚的夜景，離憲法廣場很近，走3分鐘就可抵達，房間設施都很新，但浴室有點小，房間沒有暖氣，冬天住在沒有暖氣的房間難入睡，但還是推薦給家庭來住這邊，很溫馨舒適。

Not recommend

The location of this hostel is good. However, it is too noisy at midnight that the trash truck comes to collect rubblish directly under the hostel. I cannot sleep at all for two consecutive nights and pls note that we need to pay 20 euro at the deck for cleaning fee though the price mention in hotels.com saying it covers all the charges already. When you read carefully, this 20 euro is stated in the terms and conditions. Dont think it worths the price under such condition. Also, you can hear clearly when your neighbour arrive. I tried once that when I sleep at 12 am, I was being waken up at 1-2am as the neighbour arrive lately. Just wondering why I need to book a hostel that makes me cant sleep at all...

Excellent experience~

Location is amazing! Located at downtown just next to syntagma station which can reach by airport metro railway without transfer~ Lots of choices for restaurants around the hotel~ One main shopping street is just two blocks distance~ Room is new even having new furniture smell~ Check in Staff and housekeeping staff are always so nice with big smile~

不容易进门

酒店位置非常靠近机场大巴站，走过去几分钟就到。酒店其实是个公寓房，在一幢大楼的4楼。大楼的门是关闭的，到了大楼门口，真是不知道酒店就在里面，你要在墙上众多标牌里找到所订酒店的招牌，然后按上面的门铃按钮，办公室才会帮你开门。

In den vereinbarten Hotel Enattica Syntagma Livining habe 2 Nächte von 5 vereinbarten übernachtet. Die Größe des Studios war angenehm, das (IKEA?)Bett ist die erste Nacht von der einer Seite gebrochen und in der zweiten in mehreren Stellen gebrochen. Das Enattica Suites ( Reception) haben wir um 02:00 Uhr nachts aufgesucht, sie hatten keinen freien Zimmer und es wurden keine Alternativen angeboten. Am dritten Tag nach einer E-Mail mit Fotos wurden wir angerufen, das Bett lässt sich nicht reparieren und es wurde uns ein kleines , lautes Doppelzimmer in Enattica Monastiraki Living angeboten. Zweites Mal Check in, zweites Mal Koffer packen und auspacken, Taxigebühren, Rücken- und Kreuzschmerzen von den ersten zwei Nächte, Arztbesuch, Schmerzmedikamnte, keine Entschädigung oder Erlass bekommen, nur eine „Entschuldigung „. Selbst auf eine Konkrete Anfrage per E-Mail habe ich eine Quittung für die 08,00 € , die vor Ort bezahlen müsste, erhalten. Die Fenster des Hotelzimmers und unter dem Bett wurde seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gereinigt. Die trübe und verschmutzte Fenster „dienen „ als „natürlicher Sonnenschutz „. Sehr schade…

Excellent location near Syntagma metro. Walling distance to most attractions. Bathroom clean, bed comfortable. Iron and washer, drying rack availabe. Clerks in the office very polite and helpful. However, there was no table or desk in the room. Furniture cheap or old. Finish of the workmaship (tiles, paint, floor poor) Kitchen in common area for 7 rooms, so it may be busy. Very noisy all night, windows did not block the noise. Needed ear plugs to sleep well.

We had an email 24 hours before our stay stating we had to pay a city resiliency tax before we would be given our code to access our room. The problem we had is that the link they gave us was broken and wouldn’t accept payment. We tried multiple devices, web browsers and payment cards but it wouldn’t go through. This meant that when we got there we had to walk to their other site to pay and get the details and walk back as this particular location doesn’t have a reception desk. We also had a problem with the plug in the sink that couldn’t be lifted out so water took a very long time to drain. Plus the toilet leaked and we often found we got wet socks and shorts while sitting on it as the pressure/weight must have released a crack or something. We also heard a lot of noise at night. I know it’s in a busy city but it almost sounded like the windows were open and didn't isolate sound much. The location was great and the bed was fine. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep it’s fine for the price.

It was clean and cozy room. It was a shared cooking are. Really like the washing machine in the common area. Could use more of the drying rack. Walkable 10 minutes to the acropolis. There is a good coffee shop across the street. There are good restaurant across the street. I would recommend the greco project.

Very poor lightning during the night when we arrived. Felt unsafe. And they made me walk 13 minutes to the reception area for check in instructions and pay 1.50 euros tax. On the good side, had a locker company right below which is convenient to walk around after check out.
