Good location. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel policy is to only make up the room every 3 days. There is a sign in the lobby about this but we didn't notice it and thought we'd been missed. Would be helpful to advise guests at check in of this policy. They will provide fresh towels on request if needed.

The staff is very friendly, very attentive, to include the cleaning staff---such nice people. The hotel is a bit outdated, especially the elevators, carpets, and decor. The hotel cafe was closed for renovations. Beyond a refrigerator in the room, and towels, there are no real amenities.. I stayed for three nights. For the location, though, the price was right. I was ultimately happy with my stay.

Quick & Easy Stay

Stay was good, especially for one night. Didn’t love that the clerk accused us of having more than one dog. They are pretty hard to hide. Wouldn’t stay more than a night or two but location was good and everything was much cleaner than reviews suggested.

This was the worse hotel experience ever! It’s definitely not a 3 star hotel. There’s no coffee maker neither outlets in the room. If you want to charge your phone you have to unplug the lamp! The towels were old and small. They clean the room every three days! Rooms are very small.

It was pretty pricey for the area. The bathroom had some weird dark yellow stains on the walls—right around toilet height, which was kinda gross. The bed felt super flat and saggy, like I was getting sucked into it. That said, the location’s not bad at all. It’s right near the Arts Center—just a short walk and you’re there. So if you’re looking to explore what Montreal has to offer, it’s definitely convenient.
