The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot in a busy area. Lots of parking. The in house bakery and cafe are wonderful! The staff is the friendly. The hotel is clean and cozy. Lots of shopping with some dining options close. Not far from University. Woykd definitely stay again.

So-so

The room was okay and staff friendly. The beds seemed old and creaked loudly whenever either one of us moved and the toilet seemed loose and rocked every time we used it. We were very disappointed the hotel had no normal TV channels. The only networks available were tubi, Pluto and GEM. The ‘free breakfast’ consisted of a $15 voucher per person for the attached restaurant.

First I would like to say that Front Desk staff working on Sept. 30 were absolutely great. Check in was friendly and helpful and later, when I required help with the TV remotes, one desk staff member came to my room and helped me set it up. We were very disappointed in the configuration of the room which made it almost impossible for use to sit and talk to each other. The room is small but instead of having only one comfortable chair and a hard desk chair it would be more user friendly if the large coffee table were taken out and another small chair with a small round table be inserted in the area under the windows so both people would have a comfortable seating arrangement. One person found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable and ended up sleeping in a chair. Water was spilled on the bathroom floor and when dried up with a Kleenex, the Kleenex was found to be quite dark so it looked like the floor might not have been mopped. Didn't want to know about other floors. On the plus side the hotel lobby is very nice and the $15.00 dollar subsidy to breakfast was most welcome. The Justamere cafe food was very tasty and staff were very friendly.
