The facility had mould behind the curtains, was dated and dirty. There were toys over the driveway, empty alcohol boxes and we ended up not being able to stay because of the state of the room. We were charged over $400 for the one night and was told we have to go to Expedia to get a refund. Very disappointed!

The bathroom basin did not drain which was an unpleasant experience. We advised staff the next morning and they said it would be fixed but it wasn't when we returned at the end of the day. It was disappointing and gross.

It was ok for last minute. But was a bit cold, shower was leaky and not great, had a TV but no freeview so couldnt watch anything. They said free Wiifi but was limited. On a good note the staff were very accommodating for our big family.

The motel is a bit deceiving from the exterior because it looks old and run down but the interior of the 2 bedroom motel room was quite decent and has been renovated. It is a tad overpriced though for a motel room.

Short stay

We were only there to sleep as we were in town for a wedding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was comfortable. Good location close to lots of amenities.

Motel conveniently close to Tauranga hospital

My husband was in hospital and I found the staff to be pleasant and supportive. I found that I needed to stay an extra day and they went out of their way to accomodate me, for which I am grateful.

Stayed here overnight as we had a wedding to attend. We didn't actually stay in the hotel long but it served its purpose well. Only con was my wife though the lighting wasn't the best for applying makeup in the bathroom but often it never is anyway

The family running the motel were very accommodating and helpful. My only quibble would be the lack of sound insulation with road noise and noise from other units being very noticeable and causing a sleep disturbance most nights.

Compleet ingerichte, nette gerenoveerde kamer

Ruime kamer met kitchenette, eethoek en groot bed. Aparte badkamer. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De kamer was helemaal gerenoveerd. Uitstekend bed. Om in de avond makkelijk te zitten hebben we de stoeltjes van het terrasje binnen gezet.
