We called Hilton to see if our room was ready and the main number was so unhelpful, misspelled our name and told us we had no reservation. We went to the property and all was fine but that was a pain.
We were there for 2 nights. They didnt make our beds the first night. They left our dirty towels in a pile in the corner of the bedroom (we didnt put them there). When I called for extra towels and mentioned the bed weren't made they had no comment. Evidently they only do beds every other day but my husband was only told this after he mentioned it. Also kind of lost on people staying for two nights (at about $900 per night).
We got locked out of the room the second day as the lock on the door wasn't charged and spent 30 minutes sorting that out.
We like the spacious room. The beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms. The kitchen could use an update. One of the doors wouldn't close at all.
Weve stayed here twice before but not sure we'd do it again.

Please look into what you sold me
My room was not available, I had to stay in room without heat or ac. Shuttle wait was about 45 min. Please stop selling this property on your site.

Very nice place in a great location only about five minutes from the airport. Airport shuttle was very good and the restaurant was also very good.

Fue una estancia de un día. El problema fue que hubo suspensión de electricidad por varias horas durante la noche y a la hora del desayuno no había electricidad, ni café y el desayuno muy mal organizado.
