This property is not as advertised or in pics. The rooms had concrete floors and looked much like prison cells. There is NO parking on-site. They stated we could park on the street and that it was a safe place despite the place being locked down with metal shutter doors and completely locked/shielded from street. Our rental car was broken into while we were at dinner, and my husband’s suitcase hidden in the trunk was stolen. The hotel staff was not available and did respond to WhatsApp messages for assistance as instructed for emergencies when staff is not there. We left and checked into a hotel brand we trust nearby, because we needed assistance and felt very unsafe. This hotel did not respond or refund. Other guests also expressed to us that the hotel was not like what was pictured and described, and they contemplated leaving too. DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is not safe, and they will not help you if you have an emergency. I am very flexible and understanding traveler who never leaves bad reviews, and I was trying to make the best of it until our car had a window smashed in and suitcase stolen with no response for messages asking for help. DO NOT stay here.

Transfer 35€ vom Airport mit dem Taxi - kleines, schönes Hotel praktisch am Strand - für einen Stopover für eine Nacht, eine klare Empfehlung - Frühstück ausreichend - Transfer vom Hotel an den Airport für 10€ pro Person buchbar. Umgebung sehr verschlafen - wenig Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe / 1 Restaurant in Gehdistanz an der gleichen Strasse ca. 400m weg sehr gut und günstig (Pasta/Pizza)

A pleasant night's stay before our flight home, was spotless, newly decorated, hosts very friendly and helpful, only minutes from the sandy beach, had a nice beach vibe, they provide a shuttle service, the host takes you in his car (much cheaper than a taxi)

Clean, safe, comfortable, welcoming.

Warm welcome by Stephano who explained everything clearly. Soon after check-in he prepared a very nice meal for us. The room was comfortable and very clean. Parking was easy, safe and free. The airport is a 10-minute drive, but I don’t recall hearing any planes overnight.

Excelente opción

Un lugar ideal para nosotros que llegamos a Roma y al día siguiente volamos a Estambul temprano. Contratamos el servicio de traslado, recibimos las indicaciones claras para encontrarnos en el aeropuerto. Muy puntual. El hotel se encuentra en una zona residencial, muy cerca de la Playa (no más de tres minutos caminando) lo que nos dio oportunidad de ir a caminar y pasar un tiempo agradable. El desayuno está incluido y es “básico” pero lo suficiente para lo que requeríamos. Una sola recomendación “Urge” cambiar el colchón de la cama. Sin embargo es muy recomendable. La atención muy amable y buena en general.

The lobby is absolutely beautiful. It has a lovely bar/cafe. The breakfast looked great- unfortunately we slept in and missed it! The manager was super helpful with luggage storage and taxi calls. The room was effective and had what we needed.

Intorno al Fixo was great. We only stayed there for 1 night due to an early flight out of FCO, and it was totally worth. The rooms are nicely decorated, staff is super friendly, and we even got a yummy breakfast before we left to the airport. Recommended!

Stefano and staff were very professional and helpful. Airport shuttle picked us up coming in from Florence and dropped us off the next morning for our flight. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and accommodating. 1 minute walk to the beach, weather was cold so we didn’t get in the water. Overall experience was great. We would definitely stay at this hotel next time!

Very close to beach. We walked in evening. Very safe. The restaurant on premise was fabulous. Amazing hospitality when our train broke down on way there. Host went out of his way to pick us up. He was so kind and helpful. Great communication. Will definitely stay here next year when we come. Try their restaurant. Food was homemade and so good. Room very clean. Such a wonderful hidden gem.
