I called a day before to ask about early check in since my flight arrived at 8 am. They said yes just need to pay a fee . I showed up they refused my room said they where sold out. But hotel was empty. Rep gave me a whole attitude I explained I had called she said nothing I can do even offer to get a different room or pay difference but she did not want to.

We love Krystal in Monterrey but we did not enjoy.

We arrived at hotels safe I stayed there about 6 months ago. it was extremely busy and we decided to take a shower, this was terrible without hot water, we called reception to report it lady told us she was sending someone to check, which he never arrived, after out third call they said keep the water open for an hour and hot water will ok, which we did. at 6:00 am we would hear a lot of noise like they were working on it but it was a horrible noise this was a vacation that we took and I love Krystal staff, this year we realized there were no cabs, which made it worse. we left disappointed we had a bad view they were making a new building and we had a bad scenery. I never expected for that to happen. Thank you kindly!

"Disappointing Stay – Room Temperature and Service

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations due to several issues: The room was extremely hot upon arrival. Although I adjusted the thermostat, the temperature only lowered by 2 degrees and remained uncomfortable throughout the night. The television was not functioning at all during the stay. I also encountered a bug in the restroom, which was concerning in terms of cleanliness. While the restaurant food was acceptable, it wasn’t enough to offset the other inconveniences. When I contacted the front desk to request a room change, I was told all rooms were booked. Additionally, the receptionist was not particularly helpful or accommodating.

The property has so much potential BUT, the staff and service was TERRIBLE! I stayed for 3 nights and called room service 3 times on the 3rd morning and never received assistance. I ordered room service and it took about 20 calls until they answered. The A/C was leaking YELLOW water the whole stay. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper when I checked and I never received another roll in the 3 nights I was there! HORRIBLE never again will I stay here. MIND YOU it was my BIRTHDAY!!!
