Not bad but not great

Check in was a little awkward because the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Staff barely spoke anything other than Portuguese but I managed with my limited knowledge. The room itself was a weird shape, like a small triangle and very small. The AC wasn’t cooling at all but I was only there for one night so I wasn’t going to complain. The redeeming quality was the breakfast which was pretty awesome.

Razoável.

A porta do banheiro não ficava fechada e nem trancava, pois estava estufada de água e mofo. Éramos 4 hóspedes, mas só havia duas toalhas de banho. Atendimento cordial, mas confuso e demorado, tanto na recepção, quanto no restaurante do hotel. Quarto pequeno. Cama e travesseiros são confortáveis e a comida do restaurante é gostosa.

Já conhecia o Victory por ter morado em Juiz de Fora mas nunca tinha me hospedado lá. Tudo simplesmente funciona. Estacionamento, recepção amigável, solícita e sem burocracia - fui atendido pelo Felipe, me deu duas caipirinhas de cortesia -, café da manhã não diria que é maravilhoso, mas tá incluso e definitivamente quebra o galho. Quarto prático, sem defeitos crônicos, apesar da TV ser desatualizada, modelo antigo e sem os aplicativos modernos. Nota 9.5 ao meu ver por tudo que mencionei, além da localização que é facilmente a melhor da cidade.
