Only a few minutes walk from the central (train) station. About a 5-7 min walk to Albert H supermarket. Plenty of sightseeing anround the hotel. Overall a Very convenient location. If you don’t have a lot of luggage or small children, you can definitely save some money and take the train from airport to the central station. Otherwise a taxi/uber is a wise choice. The dryer is the same unit as the washer. The instructions for dryer mentioned the shortest cycle is almost 3 hours so I didn’t use it. I hung the clothes to dry and everything dried the next day.

Great apartment

We had a lovely stay here for a long weekend girls trip. We shared an apartment amongst 5 of us, there were three bedrooms and a sofa bed. We enjoyed the comfort of the apartment. It was very clean, however upon arriving there was a slight smell of sick in the kitchen/entrance area. This was cleaned again promptly and there were no further issues. The staff was friendly and we loved coming back to the apartment to relax after a long day of activities.

Our apartment was very comfortable and clean. I particularly want to praise the staff, who were always willing to help. It was good, for a short visit to Amsterdam, to be so close to the Central Rail Station. My only criticism is that the directions for finding the lodging were not as clear as they should have been -- they should include the information to leave the Central Station on the side away from the city (so if people are misdirected in the station they can correct course easily). I would stay at Erik Vokel again, happily.

Location: very convenient, near Amsterdam central train station. Amenities nearby: Excellent ! Supermarket, a few restaurants, etc. Apartment: Superb! Check in staff Mr Norbert was prompt, polite and helpful. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that is convenient to warm up food or do some light cooking. The beds are so comfortable! It will be perfect if the apartment has toilets as we have 5 of us.The smart tv had some games to keep my children occupied as we do our packing. Price: reasonable consider the location. Overall: 9/10

The hotel is great. Perfect location, close proximity to Amsterdam central; 8mins walk from the central station. Amenities is as described. One of the rooms need touch-up painting though. Otherwise, overall an excellent place to stay and most likely will use it again.

Lovely stay !!

We had a really lovely stay at this property. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Communication throughout was excellent, which made everything smooth and stress-free. While the hotel isn’t located right in the heart of the more well-known canals, it’s very accessible thanks to the nearby central station and free ferry which made getting around simple and convenient. There’s a super market nearby and plenty of restaurant options. We were in a two bedroom apartment that was contemporary, clean and comfortable side note, the beds in the bedrooms are accessed through stairs and the only natural light comes from the windows in the bedrooms. I do wish there was a bit more functional space but because of the way the bedrooms are designed, I can see why it’s limited ( I.e no nightstands or end tables in the living room) That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all—I’d happily stay here again!

Comfortable Apartment

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are very well designed, making great use of space. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, lots of storage. We felt very much at home here. Great location just a short walk from Centraal Station, across the road from one of the free Amsterdam Noord ferries, central Amsterdam spots all walking distance and tram/ train/ metro nearby for anywhere further afield.
