The room was dark. Not enough towels. Housekeeping didn’t leave soap but cleaned away what was there when I arrived. There was no heat and the room was cold. The blanket was insufficient. The mattes was old with lumps and troughs. The breakfast was good .

Pues al destender la cama notamos el covertor sucio con sangre de alguien mas, y ademas el colchon demaciado duro, el servicio a cuartos muy tardado y mienten al decir que estaban llenos tambien en el restaurante y cuando vajamos a cenar, no habia absolutamente Nadie, ni para cenar ni para dar servicio. Una muy mala experiencia en genersl en ese hotel. No regresaremos.

El recepcionista nocturno no quiso proporcionarnos un par de almohadas más y con mala actitud nos llevó una sola almohada y un cobertor adicional pues había mucho frío. Tampoco nos quiso facilitar una plancha para la ropa diciéndonos que no habían. La recepcionista del día siguiente muy amablemente nos entregó una. Un hotel donde no te dan almohadas y cobertores por el frío ?? Terrible en verdad !!
