Pick another spot...
For some reason, I reservation went in under two different names and the hotel manager wasn't willing to look even though I specifically asked him to. He then tried to charge for another room for $200 more, even though both rooms booked had cleared the account already. We checked the room and the bathroom was gross. Since we didn't have two sperate rooms like we reserved and werent going to pay $200 more, we left. Hotels.com refunded the rooms and we went somewhere else after 90 mins of driving in circles trying to find somewhere else. He called and told me he found the other reservation under the other name I asked him to check. He said he refused to refund, and we should return but we had already checked into another hotel, which was cleaner and less expensive and had rooms. He hung up on me.
