Poor communication at check-in.
Long queue late at night. Night staff didn’t speak English.
Sofa bed wasn’t made for the kids — no pillows or sheets. The porter, who didn’t speak English, refused to give out bedding and just said “self-service.”
A bad start.
Next day, the housekeeping manager fixed everything perfectly.
Day staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was decent for a tourist hotel.
Fantastic location – the best part.
Beds were OK.
Seagulls were bathing in the pool, which felt unhygienic.
Overall, a good/OK stay but with some issues.
Might consider booking again, but not really worth the price we paid.
