Great view of the Loch from bedroom. Breakfast was generous and the views from the dining room are spectacular
nigel, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Beautiful setting, good staff, much further south of town than I realized.

Reception staff were excellent and breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is what makes the property special. The room was average and the staff were nice. No soap in the washroom was gross though.

DeJuanna, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The location on the loch was amazing and it was a short walk to town. No air conditioning and it was warm in the rooms at night.
Heather, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The Hotel is in agood location, enough parking and offers good views. The rooms are small which is doable, what we did not like was the bed, extremely uncomfortable. Its good to be bespoke, charming and unique but it always comes down to the bed.
Sam, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Fantastic views outside the hotel Room suitable for our break but in need of freshing up add usb sockets would be a start
William, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Lovely location Good was great Staff friendly and helpful
matthew, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This hotel had a comfortable clean bed and clean bathroom. Front desk staff was lovely. The hotel itself is hideous and is desperate need of renovation. It actually looks like a run down prison.
Katie, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The property was a fine place to drop your bags and get a good night's sleep, but it wasn't special. The hotel is dated, but parts have been redone in recent years. The staff was nice and there is a bar and restaurant on the premises (which we didn't go to), but it's not walking distance to any Fort Williams activities. It does have a nice view of the Loch. Great as a way station on your journey, but not for a long stay.
William, 1-night trip

The staff is exceptional! So very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. There are wonderful views from the hotel and it is in a great location.
Karin, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The staff were great but there was a chip, smattie and weapper under the bed when we moved it slightly.
James, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Excellent and helpful staff Good food Good value for money
David, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Great spot to stay on edge of loch but really busy road in tourist season, great bar and restaurant. No air con and it was hot weather!
David, 1-night trip

Excellent food and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Good parking also parking to the rear of the hotel to keep my motorcycle out of sight.
