What has happened? It used to be my go-to place. Why,? it was warm, comfortable, welcoming, a beter home from home, an air of subdued elegance and what was best it had great breakfasts, i Its more like a spartan upmarket hostel. It still has a charm

This property is totally different to what displayed on the website and the room where so dirty and there was blood stains in the toilet. Zero security in the hotel and too many people over drunk people around in the hotel lobby. This should be zero star hotel. Highly disappointed.

The hotel itself need a refresh. The odors in the hallways is terrible. Our room had blood splattered on the curtains like someone got murdered in the room. The beds are ok but way too soft. But for one night its fine. Breakfast was a really good one a lot of choices. If you are picky this is not your place to stay. If its for a pit stop perfect.

The lobby is nicely decorated and clean the room however was poor. It was on the first floor was dated with stains on the floor and light switches. The room smelt of smoke as it had a covered balcony which was used as a smoking room with cigarette burns on the chairs. As it was on the first floor people would be outside the room window on the street smoking which added to the smell. They did offer us another room but decided to leave and book somewhere else. It was a bit out of the way and a 20 minute walk to the city centre and it was a steep hill on the way back.

Canceled booking

I did not stay here. Made a mistake in selecting the date (wrong month) with restricted booking (no changes allowed) . Tried to get help fixing within minutes and it was not possible. Called the hotel and different agents gave different information about making the change. Only consistent info was, if I had used the hotels direct booking (instead of hotels.com) this would have been possible

Rummet, frukosten och servicen var vad man kan förvänta sig till det priset. Det som gör att det inte blir 5 stjärnor är att det inte fanns en extra toalettpappersrulle och att brandlarmet gick igång flera gånger under vistelsen (även nattetid).

Var ett genuint 60-tals hotell som skulle behövas renoveras upp, det värsta var att det saknades mörkläggningsgardiner. Kl. 04.45 var det dagsljus i hela rummet.

Vanhahtava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla hyväjalkaiselle. Hintava pysäköinti, mutta kätevä. Kadun toisella puolella edullinen parkki. Hyvä aamupala. Huone elämää nähnyt, kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Huono tyyny. Jääkaapin toiminnasta ei varmuutta. Ihan kiva.

Har bott på detta hotell flera gånger vid våra besök i Göteborg för besök hos sonen med familj. Läget fungerar bra för oss eftersom bussmöjligheter finns precis utanför hotellet som går direkt till sonens bostad via centrum. Bra pris och trevlig personal som visar engagemang när våra barnbarn tycker det är spännande att vara med oss på hotellet

Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett nicht mehr nur sehr weich sondern durchgelegen. Das Badezimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Duft und war sehr eng. Die Badewanne stand frei im Raum ohne Verkleidung am Rand. Das inkludierte Abendessen war ebenfalls nicht besonders toll für meinen Geschmack - Es gab 1 festgelegtes asiatisches Gericht und das auf einem kleinen Teller lieblos auf einem Haufen serviert.
