Coach Roach Chateau Nova Kingsway
Well after a 3 day stay we found coach roaches in by our room and were moved to another room and was given a whole $26 dollars off. Will not ever stay there again and will for sure be telling friends about the coach roach issue! We were also told this has been an issue for a year now.

Not a Good Experience at All
We stayed in the annex building. Sink was completely clogged in the bathroom. My husband had to unclog it with a butter knife. On the windows were live flies with wings. Husband also had to kill them and clean up. Cups were dirty and coffee cups had coffee rings on them. DO NOT go the lounge. It was absolutely disgusting with fruit flies everywhere. The "bartender" was a server from the restaurant and made me a drink from where the flies were coming from. I had ordered a Cesear, and the flies came off the Worcestershire lid and lemons that she PUT IN MY DRINK!! She asked if we wanted to move down the bar 2 seats until the flies " CALMED DOWN"!!!! She walked away. Came back 20 minutes later and gave us the bill. We paid and left. We didn't want to cause a scene. When I checked out the lady at the counter was annoyed. Asked me what room I was in and took the keys. Said if I wanted a receipt (which I didn't even ask for) told me to contact my booking agent.... I have stayed here once before and was not as disappointed as I was this go. It's a shame.

Being separated from the main lobby where the restaurant and lounge were was not good also the service in the lounge was bad rushed to have to leave before closing no real food only appetizers and they were poorly cooked over all not enjoyable rooms were ok nothing spectacular

I did not expect the hotel room to be smelly. They have dirty carpets and there are homeless people outside the building. Not safe if you have kids.

Stayed 2 nights and will never stay here again the worst place I have ever stayed. Toilet kept constantly backing up unable to even flush iron down toilet. Room had a very musty and dusty smell, cigarette butts in window sills, horrible uncomfortable furniture in room, television kept going out, rippled and worn out carpet throughout room, massive stains on all furniture, not to mention the wooden furniture in the room looked like it had been there since the 1920s and beaten with chains and dragged through the parking lot, a very unclean and disgusting hotel. Staff were alright for the most part but the best part was the drug addicts that frequent the grounds as well as the woman who was on the third floor elevator lobby smoking crack. Avoid this hotel never stay there.

Front entrance filthy. Leaking bathroom faucet. Two long dark hairs on bathroom floor. And the hotel did not give me a receipt. They said I have to contact Expedia but there are no options for me to contact Expedia regarding this issue.

The staff were so nice, i felt bad for them. I arrived after 8pm. Inside and outside was filled with drunk people. There were tons of transients around the Anex building. Definitely felt unsafe as a female traveling slone. Checked out 2 days early. Would not recommended

Front desk staff were courteous throughout stay but were working alone when there were issues (approx 4:30- 5:30pm). There was a problem with the toilet in the first room, so they changed our room. In the second room, the toilet was backed up. They had no other room, but could offer us a plunger if we came down to get it, which we did and temporarily fixed the toilet ourselves. The next morning it was threatening to overflow again. We managed with the plunger again until someone was able to come up and work on it. Both rooms were tired (wallpaper and paint peeling in both, water stained lampshade in the first room, worn/stained tub, etc) although linens and hallway carpet seemed new & clean. We weren't offered any compensation for the inconveniences, but we didn't ask either as we were just ready to get out after the 2-night stay.
