Bett und Dusche sehr gut. Zimmer auch schön dunkel. Das Zimmer ist sehr schmal, mit Schreibtisch und Stuhl kommt man kaum noch am Bett vorbei. Die Zimmer sind eigentlich sehr gut schallisoliert, aber wenn die Tür zum Treppenhaus zugeht ist man sofort wach. Die sollte man mal neu einstellen. Lage ist gut. Parken kann etwas schwierig sein wenn man spät anreist.

Nice hotel and good service. The only setback was that front desk told os the kitchen was open until 9.30 on Monday night which was not the case so we had to go out for dinner. A pity since the restaurant is really nice and we also had 20% off there.

Opzich een mooi hotel, kamers zijn netjes. Bed is echter niet fijn en de kussens zijn erg dun. Buiten op het plein voor het hotel zitten elke avond/nacht mensen te zuipen en te schreeuwen. Deze zijn binnen goed te horen. Dit gaf een onveilig gevoel. Ook waren de kamers erg warm en deed de airco niet verkoelen. In het hotel zelf niet veel te beleven, maar alles wel schoon.

Gutes Hotel Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und fußläufig zur gesamten Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber komfortabel und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bad war sauber und gekonnt designed. Der Service ist großartig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar gut, aber der Innenhof vor dem Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und daher sehr laut. Da wir am Wochenende dort waren, war auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel auch nachts sehr viel los und die Besucher dort unterhielten sich sehr laut. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Ordentliches Hotel mit Potential zur Verbesserung

Zimmer war relativ klein, aber völlig zweckmäßig. Inkludierte Minibar hatte ein paar alkoholfreie Getränke im Angebot. Das war ganz nett. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Frühstücksbuffet hatte ausreichend unterschiedliche Sachen im Angebot. Frühere Bewertungen über das Frühstück sind meiner Ansicht nicht zutreffend. Allerdings ist der Service beim Frühstück deutlich verbesserungswürdig: es waren nur wenige Gäste anwesend. Zeitweise waren > 4 Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Aufgrund der scheinbar herrschenden Langeweile hat eine Dame einen anderen Mitarbeiter (sicherlich in freundlicher Absicht) mit einem Lappen von der Bar auf die Schulter geschlagen. Das ist wirklich nicht hygienisch. Lediglich ein Herr kam recht spät an unseren Tisch, um abzuräumen. Die anderen machten nichts.

Am falschen Ende gespart

Bei meinem ersten Besuch wurde mir zunächst ein bereits von einem anderen Gast bewohntes Zimmer gegeben und dann ohne weitere Entschuldigung ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch wurde das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt und die Kaffeebar nicht aufgefüllt. Das war zwar auf einem kleinen Zettelchen im Zimmer vermerkt (Housekeeping nur alle 2 Tage...), ist aber für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel. Die kostenlose Minibar war abgeschlossen (???). Dass die Duschkabine gegenüber dem Wohnraum nur durch eine Glasscheibe abgetrennt ist, mag für den Architekten toll gewesen sein und Einzelreisende nicht stören, wir fanden es unangenehm. Die einzelne Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war morgens durch den Andrang beim Check-Out leider überlastet. Allgemein ist das Hotel modern und sauber und in Bielefeld sehr gut gelegen.
