Breakfast was sufficient, nice variety of local delicacies. Inner courtyard/poolside has trees, so if you are looking to sunbathe maybe hit the beaches. Room had few ants and shower/bathtub faucets were a bit funky and loose. Strong recommendation for the second floor poolaccess: truly private pool with no access for others.

Personal opinion, this part of Phuket is worth going to - skip the south end of the island which is a bit trashy. Proud Phuket Hotel is nice and quiet and located within walking distance to the beach. The grounds are classy and has lush vegetation all over the property. You wont have any loud partiers or unruly people floating around. I loved the tranquility.

I LOVED this property! It was so relaxing, so beautiful, honestly enchanting to walk through the garden and pool area. it really truly refreshed me, because we had come from Patong Beach and i hated it there. I was desperate for peace, relaxation, quiet, and luxury, which Proud Phuket lavished upon me. Staff were friendly, even if their English was a bit lacking. The breakfast buffet, however, was TOP NOTCH! the food was so good, the coffee was excellent! I would absolutely stay here again and could not recommend it enough!

I was not waw . The bathtub wasn't clean. They also requested to pay cash at the reception but they didn't say it on the website so I had to explain myself for over 20 minutes before they decided to accept my credit card. There is a nice pool and green passage. Breakfast was delicious especially the view from the pool while eating

Friendly helpful staff . Room nit ready but we had arrived much earlier than check in time. Fantastic on site Tea room type place thats serves everthing . Very yummy . Great massage place just across the road . By the time we did all check in time . Room with pool access on 2nd floor great to just have a cool off or swim . Market close by and airport a short drive . Stayed there for the night prior to flight . Would stay again and next time longer to explore area . Hotel organised Taxi for 260 baht and as early flight provided breakfast box . Thoroughly recommend .

The hotel refused to issue a receipt of the room charge even I paid to the hotel, as they said my booking was made via Expedia and they had to pay you commission. The receipt should be issued to the payer from the payee. Also they charged us mini bar consumption even I did not consumed anything. Very bad end of the stay. Will not come back.

I do not recommend this property if you are flying halfway around the road to see Phuket. There are beautiful resorts that are worth staying in. This one will take away from your valuable trip that you have planned for. The property is dirty, the staff were not representative of the kindness of Thailand that I was used to. The area around the property is filthy and smells like urine and filth, and the beach has trash all over it. I would recommend my research before settling in on this property. The pictures are not representative of what you will see when you arrive here. Read other reviews and other people have said the same thing that the pictures are very, very misleading.
