Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice, and comfortable. Restaurant staff were very friendly, but the food is limited, expensive, and not good. Breakfast buffet was the bare minimum, and not appetizing (all the signage says “eggs cooked to order,” but that was not an option while we were there). Breakfast staff were great. The bar and dining areas are blocked off with cheap barricades in a very bizarre and unwelcoming way (that was kind of tacky). Valet parking was expensive, but the attendants were courteous, helpful and friendly. Shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic was very regular and convenient. Someone had a small, yapping dog in the room that adjoined ours (meaning we were only separated by a door). The dog barked for hours and hours on both nights of our stay. The front desk said that only service animals were allowed…security was supposedly sent to the room, but the problem was never resolved. Overall not a particularly pleasant stay, but it was what we needed for our visit to Cleveland Clinic.
