The stay was overall pleasant — the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were courteous, and breakfast was excellent, easily the highlight of my visit.
However, the valet service needs improvement. The attendant spoke very limited English and couldn’t explain the parking or retrieval process, which was confusing for an out-of-town guest arriving late. Basic communication training would greatly help. It’s also inconvenient to pay separately for valet at a hotel.
Elevators were slow, and the front desk didn’t mention that keycards are required for guest floors — a small detail that would prevent confusion.
Overall, I wouldn’t discourage others from staying, but better communication and staff training would make a significant difference in the guest experience.
