Automatic hotel NO Staff
Automatic hotel NO Staff First experience of such a hotel . Would not repeat. Having to wait until 3pm to access hotel as staffless. When you arrive early and want to drop off luggage. I discovered a luggage store with code on day of leaving. Maybe I should have asked if this would have been possible on arrival day. But it certainly isn’t stated in hotel details . Do not like the aspect of no staff on site

All rooms are upstairs with no elevator the stairs are very difficult to navigate with luggage. The hotel was clean. It was self check in so basically no service.

No chair in the room. One bed was very lumpy. Poor water quality. Could not drink the water. No place to hang clothes. Great view from the upper deck. Good location.

We had a beautiful view of the harbor. Room has a mini fridge and nice heating and air conditioning unit. Roof top space was nice. It was fairly close the the hub of Quebec City. However there was not a single chair to sit on so we had to sit on the beds. The room was fairly noisy hearing other people staying here as was the road noise too. Water from the bathroom sink and bath tub didn’t seem potable to drink. There was no place to hang clothes on hangers.

Easy access to complex and room. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Great location off of the busy tourist area but still walkable. We took a tour bus to hike at Jacque Cartier National park and the pick up and drop off location were easy to walk to. We had room 101 which was in the front and had a harbor view. Would have liked a small microwave in the room but there was a communal one.

A lovely clean room, close to the cruise port and the Old City. Be aware: narrow steep stairs. I would definitely stay again.

Très déçu
Lors de notre arrivé le 30 aout l'air conditionner ne fonctionnais pas et on a du monté sur le lit pour faire fonctionner le ventilateur. Nous avons contacter le service et il nous ont dit la même chose que sur les instructions. Le deuxième message aucune réponse. La journée suivante la chambre n'était pas faite pas de tasse pour le café, toujours pas d'air conditionner et pour ajouter au tout la nuit plus d'électricité seulement dans la chambre car dans le corridor il en n'avait. Nous avons louer la chambre vue sur le fleuve, mais on ne voyais rien car il avait un mur de brique Pas de fenêtre juste une petite porte avec fenêtre. Je suis très déçue car le prix de la chambre est quand même élevé. Je ne retournerais pas à cette hôtel.
