Do Not Stay Here!!

The hotel is so run down. The rooms are dirty. Not enough towels or even toilet paper. They want you wash the dishes but did provide dish soap or towels. The pillows cases were dirty. The stair wells are dirty, sidewalks are crumbling, paint is peeling and the price listed on your site is not the price we were charged.

Awesome views. Hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There were very few dishes in the kitchenette. So if you plan on eating in come prepared. Also there is no stove in the unit or a grill on-site. Overall it was a great hotel and I would stay here again.

It felt unsafe. Dirty door. Pullout with instructions to be careful! No blinds on the door window. Unsafe window on the ground floor. I placed something on the windowsill in case someone tried to get in. Took forever for water to heat up. Beat up a/c unit. Get a good repair person in there. The staff member was friendly. Oh the door almost didn’t lock with the deadbolt. Never again until an upgrade is done. Ground floor room near the back.

Our stay at the Radium Chalet was nice and quiet and cozy. We had a great time duting our stay. The place needs improvement, but it’s no big deal. The place needs some improvement, I bet they’ll get more customers. Thanks Radium Chalet team! We’ll definitely stay there again!

Was a Very strange experience. Beautiful building and view, but it feels like things have been updated as cheaply as possible, while still keeping the main fixtures from the 70s (toilets, beds, wiring, ammenities.) felt like it was one girl working there. (Very friendly,) but had an issue in the room and tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work so had to fiddle with it, and once I got it barely working the phone number that was listed for the front desk was not in service. Went down to the front desk and there was no one there. Tried to Check out the next morning and left at 8am, and the lobby was locked and lights were off. Just an overall strange experience, could be an amazing hotel, but would avoid at all costs until it gets must needed updates and more staffed.

The property needs a huge face lift but I'm sure it was amazing in it's prime. Although I debated on staying here I'm glad iI did. The comfortable quiet solitude is just what I was looking for. The new owners (one month) went out of their way to ensure a lovely get away.

The rooms were clean and the view is amazing but the hotel is old and under new management who seems like they didn't quite know what they were doing. Our credit card was charged twice, our room had no soap, the shampoo and conditioner pumps were empty.
