Super beliggenhed, men lidt slidt
Ok lejlighed men vi var ikke klar over der ikke ville blive gjort rent, selv om vi boede der i en uge. Lidt slidt og ikke rent i krogene og en larmende air conditioning der ikke kunne justeres. Men mange gode faciliteter og lige ved stranden så et fint ophold. Beliggenheden trækker op.

Couldn't Access Our Room - No Reception
The location was beautiful, just steps from the beach, with a relaxed and safe atmosphere. Most guests were elderly, wintering in Florida, and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was extremely stressful. We arrived at 8 PM to find the reception closed (hours are 9 AM–5 PM weekdays and Saturday mornings). Check-in details had been emailed only 12 hours earlier, but the email went to my spam folder while we were flying. Without completing the required documents, we had no access to our room. After 24 hours of travel, we arrived exhausted at 9 PM without internet access, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was inaccessible until check-in was completed—a frustrating catch-22. The after-hours number posted outside played a recorded message saying the office was closed. Thankfully, a kind guest helped us figure out how to get our keys. Otherwise, we might have left. Once inside, the room was freezing—set to 60°F with no way to turn off the AC. The bed had only a thin blanket and sheet. An alternate after-hours number eventually brought an extra blanket, but we still slept in clothes with towels and coats for warmth. This was a shame because the location had great potential. Poor communication and lack of after-hours support ruined the stay. If you plan to stay here, check your spam folder and complete all paperwork ahead of time. While the location and facilities are worth four stars, I’m giving one star to warn others about these issues.

The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. During our stay, we found three cockroaches on separate days—some in the bathroom and others in the kitchen. While the location is convenient, about a 17-minute walk to the main Hollywood Theater, the buildings are not beachfront. One building is close to the beach, but the other three are farther away. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful in fixing a mistake we made with our reservation, which we appreciated. However, the rooms are very outdated and in need of significant updates. Overall, the location is good, but it doesn’t quite match the experience of staying closer to the beach.

I selected and paid for a room with a King bed that looked to be on first floor. Walking with my feet and bad knees was too hard on me. We were given a 2 bedroom in another building. Good place to stay!
It was very relaxing! Only issue is no elevators. Requested a bottom room due to two of us with walking issue but we made it work. It’s very close to the beach. The outside tables were nice to have to relax at & enjoy the ocean breeze. The room was clean & had everything you’d need. I loved the full fridge with ice maker. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but also made that work.

Management was so nice. We evacuated from a Gulf coast hurricane. It was a very enjoyable stay. They had grills to cook on. Full kitchens. No streaming services but cable. Recommend for sure!!

This is an older property that could use a spruce-up (and I'm sure that's ongoing), but overall it delivered on the important things: location, value, convenience and competent management. It's in a quite part of Hollywood, on the ocean, and the area has a very neighborhood-y feel. The pool is lovely. The unit was generously sized and included a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. We were especially grateful for the space, as we had traveled to the East coast from the Tampa Bay area to avoid hurricane Milton. We would return for the location!

Everything was great but it would have been nice to have a king bed option and the apartment wasn’t super clean when we got in. I had to clean up a little bit in the kitchen before use. Also, the stove wasn’t accurate and burnt our food on the 1st try. But all in all a great stay. Super close to the beach and we loved the iguanas.

Amazing property, best area to stay in Hollywood Beach if you want to avoid all the noise of the boardwalk area. This area was safe and quiet, felt like being at a private beach. Staff was very nice and helpful with any questions.

A perfect spot for a getaway. Although the buildings were dated, they were kept up well and comfortable. They called to confirm reservation and allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Welcoming and nice staff. Will definitely return. Very price friendly and right on the beach.

It was an okay place. It was a little run down with an odd smell but it wasnt gross or unsafe. My biggest hangup is that it wasnt right on the beach. This place has 4 separate buildings and only one is on the beach. I spent several hours looking for just the right place to stay and a big deciding factor was that it needed to be right on the beach. I was very dissapointed when they pointed out my room in a building across the street and down the road. As for the actual room, it was fine. It served its purpose but nothing to get excited about. For anyone reading reviews for info, like I did; there were 3 tvs in the 2 bedroom apt. The pullout bed was comfortable enough. There were basics like a blender, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker with filters, and plenty of kitchen basics, pans, cups, utencils and such. There were also cleaning supplies like a mop n broom and bucket. Im not sure if I would stay here again because there are so many choices in the area, but it was a decent price and a decent room.
