Generally nice people, but some need basic training in Customer Relations. Several issues with the room 209 which I outlined to the Management in my review. Unfortunately, I only received a canned response.

Great ACK Stay!

Great accommodations! Clean, comfortable, and classy. Very friendly and personable staff and excellent hang out areas on front porch and back deck area. Location in town a plus but can but a bit loud at night with passers by if you have a room on Broad Street.

Terrible odor

Most of the staff were excellent and the room was visually appealing but the room had a horrendous smell. It was a very strong musty spell. We notified staff and they sent maintenance right up to inspect. They identified leaking around the ac unit in the ceiling and changed the air filter. It did help slightly for a few hours along with all the windows open but it persisted through out the stay.

The room was fairly small but had everything we needed. Great amenities - including fridge, bathrobes, and beach towels in the rooms, and water/coffee station, bike racks on the property. Very short walk to the ferry and great location in the heart of the town.

It was beautifully decorated inside and out (enjoyed sitting outside to read) Great location to walk most places or to hop on the free island buses! Everyone was helpful and polite!

I stayed at 21 Broad for a quiet break during the off season. It was perfect. I had a lovely corner room filled with light. The hotel was elegant, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. It felt kind of like staying at a friend’s very nice house. I’m panning on coming back next fall.

Ecxcell not hotel and location

Friendly helpful staff and nice rooms. Happy hour offers mixers, ice, many types of bitters and drink mixes. All you need to bring is your own liquor. Nice patio fire pit great location
